Need Storm Damage Repair? June 4, 2019 Wind and Hail Damage Minneapolis MN

Uprooted trees leaning agaist homesDepending on the locality, the June 4, 2019 severe weather that hit the southern part of Minnesota (including areas in the Twin Cities) and mid-western Wisconsin produced large hail in a number of communities.  We've seen reports of hail stones the size of ping pong balls in Silver Lake, Hudson, and River Falls. There was even one report of hail the size of baseballs, and some parts of Anoka County - including Circle Pines - also saw hail. It does seem like most of the bad weather in the Twin Cities was in southern Dakota County and Scott County. Storms that produce high winds, heavy rains, and hail also have the potential for causing damage to properties. We know of at least one building that was blown over in Farmington, and flash flooding in Lakeville resulted from the sudden downpour. But they also produce scam artists who prey on homeowners who sustained damage to their homes. For some, it was the hail or winds; for others it was downed trees that affected their houses. Regardless of the cause, there are those who will try to take advantage of these situations. And we expect those storm-chasers who go door-to-door after hail storms will be out in full force. If you think your home has been damaged by either hail or high winds from yesterday's storm, please don't fall for their schemes.  Despite lots of warnings each storm season from news channels as well as entities like the Better Business Bureau, people still fall victim to their scams. Reputable contractors don't generally make cold calls - they're manning their office phones and going out on repair jobs. If you think your home has issues after the storm yesterday, please give us a call.  We are a licensed Minnesota residential building contractor, and we handle exterior repairs due to storm damage. Plus we'll work with your insurance adjuster and save you the hassle. We can't do much about those uprooted trees, but we can repair your roofing, siding, windows, or exterior doors.
