Our History
Patrick Quarve, president of Quarve Contracting, Inc., began as a one-man operation from his home in 1983 under the original name of Quarve Exteriors. Pat managed all aspects of the business, specializing in siding, gutters, roofing and windows. Pat believed that an honest, hard working person could succeed in any business. In 1997, Quarve Exteriors was incorporated and renamed Quarve Contracting, Inc.
Quarve Contracting, Inc. is proud to be an active member of both the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and the Certified Contractors NetWork (CCN). Pat has earned his CR (certified remodeler) designation and requires each of his employees to become certified in their respective position and trades.
Customer satisfaction has always been our goal. The majority of our customer base comes from referrals and repeat customers. Quarve Contracting, Inc. does not want to be the biggest contracting company, but simply provide a great experience for the homeowner

Warranties and Insurance
WARRANTIES
Just about everyone is in agreement that warranties are critically important in a home improvement project. But did you know that there are actually TWO kinds of warranties to think about? It’s true.
Product Warranty: This is the warranty on the products that are installed in a your home improvement project – the actual shingles, siding, gutter, window, door, etc. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the materials, and covers defects in the manufacture of the products. Different products will carry different warranties. When you hire Quarve Contracting, Inc. to perform your next home improvement project, we will make sure to inform you of the warranties provided by the manufacturers of the products we install in your project.
Workmanship Warranty: This warranty covers the installation of the products – to ensure that they are installed properly, according to the manufacturers’ specifications. This warranty is provided by Quarve Contracting, Inc.
INSURANCE
Quarve Contracting, Inc. is a fully-insured contracting company. Fully-insured means that the company carries both Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance – which protect you, the property owner, in the event of an accident.
Many people are confused as to what these insurance policies would cover. General Liability insurance protects a property owner from damage caused to the property or injury to the property owner, residents, tenants, or guests. Workers’ Compensation insurance protects the property owner from being sued in the event that the contractor or one of its employees is injured while working at the premises.
Make sure that you and your property are protected. Accidents do happen. The best we can do is be ready and responsible. At Quarve Contracting, Inc., we are doing our part.
