Home Exteriors - Siding Replacement Crew Leader/Crew

Quarve Contracting of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking Installer Crew Leads and Crew to assist our experienced home exteriors company established in 1983. We have immediate need for skilled trades people with experience in seamless steel siding and/or carpentry, siding, soffit & fascia, gutters and window/door installation.

Crew Lead and Installer positions work a full-time schedule and earns a wage in line with your experience level, with an opportunity for skill level review and compensation increases on a frequent basis, based on your productivity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME EXTERIOR CREW LEAD/INSTALLER
You work from approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, so you report bright and early, ready to take on the day. Based on your experience level, you will work towards leading a new crew or serve on an existing crew. We service the entire Twin Cities area and will normally report directly to the job site unless you are starting a new job by picking up equipment and materials at our Spring Lake Park office. Typical job assignment lasts 3 - 5 days and then on to the next one. We work year-round offering steady income. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow team members.
