Very Satisfied
After a hailstorm last August, we called Quarve, who had re-roofed our garage in 2020 and done another small project a bit later, and with whom we were very satisfied. Steve Johnson was our rep and he was wonderful! Besides being very responsive immediately following the storm, he advocated for us with our insurance company all winter and eventually got them to cover replacing the entire roof, as well as giving us money for hail damage to our siding, woodwork, and gutter screens. He was persistent and successful! Quarve also scheduled the roof replacement on our timeline and did a great job of cleaning up and removing debris. They also protected our shrubs and windows and screens and got 99% of the dropped nails—important sinceo we have dogs! I highly recommend Quarve! And, because they advertise in both the Minnesota Women’s Press and Lavender Magazine, I found their ads back in 2020 and called them because I always try to support local businesses who reach out to our communities.
Good experience
Rob did a good job going over the roof requirements and the materials to be used. Once the contract was signed the roof materials were delivered and the next day my old roof was replaced within the day. The cleanup and workmanship was excellent I would use them in the future
New Roof
I recently had my roof replaced and the project went smoothly from start to finish. Rob did an exceptional job presenting various options and identifying damaged areas that needed attention. He also took care of some additional repair items that was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service provided and the quality of workmanship. I highly recommend Quarve for any roofing needs.
Re-roofing job
We hired Quarve to general contract our hail-damaged re-roof project. It was a challenging time with labor shortages and the subs they hired were less than careful, causing some damage to gutters/downspouts and a screen door. Additionally, there were issues with getting the last details completed. HOWEVER, Quarve made every effort to repair/replace damaged items and to get the final details done. Throughout the process they were in communication and were responsive to our questions/concerns. The final job is quite satisfactory. Given the challenges, perfection in a project of this size is not realistic. But having our general contractor deal with the issues and see it through to our satisfaction is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Quarve and look forward to working with them on future projects.
Wonderful job
Quarve replaced our roof, installed new gutters with guards, and window wraps. They were great dealing with our insurance company. Had clear communication throughout the project regarding issues that came up. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. On-site crews were great and their clean-up was very thorough. Highly recommend! Will use them again for future projects.
Very Happy with the Work
We hired Quarve Contracting to replace our roof, install skylights and some other smaller improvements. We needed a new roof due to weather damage. Our insurer initially denied our claim, but the Quarve representative (Andrew) came to our house at least 4 times as part of a successful effort to get the claim approved. The project manager (Toby) kept us informed as the work progressed. We had some delays, but this was probably to be expected. All of the work was professionally done. Everyone with Quarve was friendly and appreciative that we had asked them to do this job. The last thing to be done was installation of solar powered blinds in our skylights. We were impressed that the owner of the Company (Rob) came out to do the installation because he had prior experience on this type of application. We would hire Quarve again and we do not hesitate in recommending this Company to others.
New roof
This is the third time we have used Quarve. We had used them for siding and doors, so when we had hail damage, we gave them a call. They did a good job - I was impressed with the prep work of installing the tarp all around the house and they did a good on the clean-up. Any concerns we had were handled to our satisfaction. We would hire them again.

Flat roof replacement on 3 season porch
Last winter proved to be too much for my 3 season porch's flat roof. Quarve's flat roof crew answered all of my questions, They were very accommodating & did an excellent job of cleaning up each day.
