"After a hailstorm last August, we called Quarve, who had re-roofed our garage in 2020 and done another small project a bit later, and with whom we were very satisfied. Steve Johnson was our rep and he was wonderful! Besides being very responsive immediately following the storm, he advocated for us with our insurance company all winter and eventually got them to cover replacing the entire roof, as well as giving us money for hail damage to our siding, woodwork, and gutter screens. He was persistent and successful! Quarve also scheduled the roof replacement on our timeline and did a great job of cleaning up and removing debris. "We hired Quarve to general contract our hail-damaged re-roof project. It was a challenging time with labor shortages and the subs they hired were less than careful, causing some damage to gutters/downspouts and a screen door. Additionally, there were issues with getting the last details completed. HOWEVER, Quarve made every effort to repair/replace damaged items and to get the final details done. Throughout the process they were in communication and were responsive to our questions/concerns. The final job is quite satisfactory. Given the challenges, perfection in a project of this size is not realistic. But having our general contractor deal with the issues and see it through to our satisfaction is exactly what we wanted.
