His background and experience includes leading teams, marketing and strategy development for brands including Pella Windows and Doors, EMCO Storm Doors, Nike, Valvoline and Buffalo Wild Wings. In his personal time, Rob enjoys time with family in the wilderness, working in the woodshop and RV camping.
